If I run the audit, am I committed to anything?
No. Running the audit costs nothing and commits you to nothing — no signature, no purchase order, no obligation. You see the recovery figure first. Only if you like the number and choose to have us collect do you sign the recovery mandate. Until you sign, nothing is owed, ever.
When does the 20% fee actually apply?
Only after two things have both happened: you have seen the audit results and signed the mandate, and the carrier has actually paid. The fee is 20% of cash that lands back in your account — never of estimates, never of findings. If the carrier pays nothing, you owe nothing.
What if I run it and then do nothing?
Nothing happens. The report is yours to keep — show it to your boss, your CFO, your own legal team. Many clients run the audit simply to know the number before deciding anything.
What does the audit cost?
