Who does the work and how
Founder
Mike Paul Firth, Lethbridge, Alberta. Sellexio is founder-led and answers directly at sales@gdcs.me — no call centre and no reseller between you and the audit.
Advisors
Port operations advisors review findings in their own regions. Anyanwu Obinna Bede (Lagos) reviewed the MSC Nigeria and APM Terminals Apapa tariffs behind our published West Africa findings.
Methodology
Each invoice line is matched to the carrier or terminal tariff in force on the billing date, then to the vessel and gate events for that container. Only lines with a documented contradiction are disputed; everything else is left alone.
Data sources
AIS vessel and port-call feeds, published carrier and terminal tariff schedules, terminal gate records, and the documents you upload. Model output never replaces a source document — every figure cites one.
Limits we state up front
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Recovery outcomes depend on the carrier and the time-bar regime; estimates are estimates until a carrier settles.
How to verify us
Published case studies name the port, the counterparty and the disputed amount. Ask for the working paper behind any figure and we will send it before you sign anything.

Access control
Role-based (viewer / analyst / comptroller / admin) with row-level security enforced at the database.
Audit logging
Every claim status change, AI run, document upload, and role grant is recorded with actor, timestamp, and immutable hash.
Data residency
Primary in US-East. Enterprise plans can pin to EU-West.
Backups
Point-in-time recovery up to 7 days, daily snapshots retained 30 days.
Uptime target
99.9% for Professional, 99.95% with credit-back for Enterprise.
Vulnerability management
Automated dependency scans on every deploy; Huntress MDR/EDR for endpoint detection; third-party pen test scheduled Q3 2026.
AI safety
All AI outputs marked as advisory. Every call is logged to the AI audit ledger with prompt hash, model, tokens, and latency.
Endpoint protection
Huntress-managed detection & response (MDR) monitors production workstations and servers with 24/7 threat hunting and SOC 2 evidence collection.
