The plain terms

Who qualifies: any shipper, consignee or forwarder that has not previously signed a recovery mandate with us. Places are counted on signed mandates — not on enquiries.
Zero means zero: no retainer, no filing cost, no admin charge, no fee on the recovered amount for your first claim. The waiver is written into the mandate you sign, not promised in an email.
After the first claim: standard published terms — free audit, and the contingency percentage on funds the carrier actually pays.
The case study: we draft it, you edit and approve it in writing. If you cannot get internal sign-off to be named, tell us and we will publish it anonymised instead — we will not withdraw the waiver over it.
If we recover nothing: nothing is owed, nothing is published, and your files are deleted on request.
